The first time I remember experiencing hypnosis is when I listened to the audiobook Psycho-Cybernetics by Dr. Maxwell Maltz. Maltz was a plastic surgeon who discovered plastic surgery rarely solved the problem people had with a poor self-image. The real solution to a poor self-image was using the mind to program yourself for success. This involved some discussion of hypnosis.
In the book, he offered three visualization techniques one could use to find inner tranquility.
In this video, I shared the technique that worked profoundly for me. Not to say the other two were not as effective, because they were, but this was the technique my body responded to most.
